If a tenant needs more space, a second space can be acquired and combined.This new building is set to be a nice and attractive addition, complementing the Kroese & Kroese building and creating a campus feel. It offers easy accessibility from the highway and First Avenue on the west side. Additionally, Schelling Construction is providing the option for tenants to purchase their space, offering flexibility for various businesses.
