จากสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ครั้งหนึ่งรถยนต์เทสล่ามีชื่อเพจ “ควายหลุดถนน v1” โดยขับขี่ในลักษณะปาดซ้ายปาดขวา หน้ารถของผู้ใช้ทางคันอื่น บนทางพิเศษศรีรัชฯ. ผู้ก่อเหตุคือนายปิติพัฒน์. ในวันที่ 19 พ.ย. 2567 ที่ศาลแขวงดุสิต ซอยสีคาม ถนนนครไชยศรี ผู้ก่อเหตุได้รับฟ้องจากพนักงานอัยการสำนักงานคดีศาลเเขวง เพราะขับรถโดยไม่คำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย. ศาลพิพากษาจำคุก 2 เดือน 10,000 และให้การรับสารภาพตลอด. มีคำสั่งจำคุก 1 เดือน พรับปรับ 5,000 บาท โทษจำคุก รอลงอาญา 1 ปี และสั่งคุมประพฤติ 1 ปี พร้อมให้รายงานตัว 4 ครั้ง บริการสังคม 12 ชม. และพักใบอนุญาตขับขี่ 6 เดือนเเละริบรถยนต์ของกลาง.

จากกรณีปรากฏคลิปวิดีโอ เมื่อวันที่ 14 พ.ย. 2567 เฟซบุ๊ก ใช้ชื่อเพจ “ควายหลุดถนน v1” ซึ่งเป็นรถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคลยี่ห้อเทสล่า สีขาว. นายปิติพัฒน์กล่าวว่า ตนร้องขอให้ตำรวจ ประสานกับคู่กรณีเพื่ออยากกราบขอโทษคู่กรณีและครอบครัว เพราะรู้สึกผิดมากกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น. แต่คู่กรณีปฏิเสธที่จะพบ. สาเหตุที่แสดงพฤติกรรมการขับรถแบบนั้น เพราะมีความเครียด ทะเลาะกับแฟนเรื่องเปิดจีพีเอส แล้วบอกทางผิด ซึ่งทางคู่กรณีไม่ได้ทำอะไรให้กับตนเลย แต่ตนกลับทำกิริยาที่ไม่เหมาะสมแบบนั้น.
