In addition to the inflation situation in Poland this morning, detailed GDP figures for 3Q in Turkey have already been made public. Just like in the Czech Republic, we will witness a similar release. Yesterday's numbers in Poland indicated weak household consumption. However, the main attention should be directed towards Hungary, where the Prime Minister decided that the current Finance Minister Mihaly Varga will take on the role of the Governor of the National Bank of Hungary starting from March next year. Although his name was widely anticipated, there has been a surge in uncertainty surrounding this appointment in recent days. We assume that the appointment of a finance minister has already been factored in. But the alternatives mentioned by journalists were likely to be regarded by the market as more dovish choices. Consequently, Hungary's forint may receive some support this morning.

Implications for EUR/HUF

Yesterday, EUR/HUF briefly reached a new local high of 415, but it later gave back those gains and closed unchanged. As we previously discussed here, we believe that EUR/HUF has fully accounted for the shift in EUR/USD and the global environment after the US election, and Central and Eastern European (CEE) peers are relatively lagging behind. Therefore, we do not foresee a significant change in EUR/HUF levels at present. On the other hand, from our perspective, the positioning is currently heavily short HUF. Any hint from the government or the central bank could potentially signal to the market to take some profits and enable the HUF to rally. However, in the medium term, we anticipate that EUR/HUF will continue to move upwards and reach 420 in 1Q25.

По результатам опроса, 58% жительниц Новосибирска покупают одежду и косметику по рекомендациям редакторов изданий.

Отрицательный взгляд мужчин

Мужчины более негативно относятся к влиянию модных журналов. 21% жителей Новосибирска не видят в глянце никакой пользы. 27% считают, что глянцевые журналы создали культ «гламурного» образа жизни, а 22% уверены, что модная пресса подменила духовные ценности на материальные.

Желаемая работа в глянцевом журнале

Большинство новосибирцев (68%) не хотели бы работать в глянцевом журнале. Только 37% считают такую работу престижной и высокооплачиваемой, а 36% уверены, что в редакциях токсичный коллектив и большая конкуренция. Тем не менее, 51% считают эту работу интересной и творческой.

Les Orientations Budgétaires

Dans un contexte politique et institutionnel complexe, où la Loi de finances 2025 exige 5 milliards d'euros d'économies aux collectivités, l'effort pour la ville de Sanary a été estimé à 286.000 euros. De plus, 817.000 euros de prélèvement SRU sont prévus dû au manque de logements sociaux, comme le précise le maire. "Car l'État a changé les règles du jeu".Au chapitre des principaux surcoûts locaux, 600.000 euros sont prévus pour le "réajustement de la masse salariale, après des années de sous-effectif". Malgré ces contraintes, les taux de la fiscalité locale ne seront pas augmentés à Sanary, restant inférieurs à ceux de villes comparables. La municipalité compte sur "des économies et l'optimisation des charges générales".

Les Investissements

La poursuite de la piétonnisation du centre-ville est le plus grand poste d'investissement de 2025, avec près de 3,2 millions pour l'allée d'Estienne-d'Orves et l'avenue Gallieni (de part et d'autre du port) et 2 millions pour les rues Schuman, 18-Juin-1940 et Desmazures. La construction du nouveau commissariat, allée des Champs fleuris, dont le chantier a débuté en septembre, figure en deuxième position avec plus de 2,7 millions d'euros. Suivi par l'aménagement de l'Espace mer (situé rue Schuman, à côté de la médiathèque, à l'emplacement de l'ex-agora), annoncé depuis 2021, pour un montant d'environ 1 million d'euros en 2025 et 3,1 millions l'année suivante. Enfin, l'îlot Portissol est crédité de 760.000 euros en 2025, et autant l'année suivante. Ce vaste projet, présenté en début d'année, est situé sur le site de l'ancienne école maternelle, où avaient provisoirement été aménagées des places de stationnement (après l'abandon du complexe de cinéma). Il prévoit la construction d'un parking souterrain de trois niveaux, d'une résidence services seniors, d'une maison de santé et de quatre appartements de luxe.

Les Retards et les Projets Repoussés

Les habitants de Portissol devront attendre. L'opération de requalification des rues du quartier, un chantier important commencé il y a deux ans, n'est pas encore terminé. Le budget de la ville prévoit de y consacrer 503.000 euros l'an prochain et 2,4 millions en 2026. Parmi les autres projets d'investissements en 2025, on retiendra les travaux de réhabilitation de la batterie de la Cride pour un montant de 363 000 euros et l'élargissement du chemin du Rosaire (toujours à Portissol) estimé à 340.000 euros. En revanche, la municipalité a décidé de reporter en 2026 les projets de requalification du boulevard de la Plage de Beaucours et du chemin du même nom. D'autres travaux de requalification (chemin de Paradou, avenue Ségur, chemin Milhière) sont repoussés encore plus loin.
