На втором месте оказались Петербург и Ленинградская область, где антидепрессантами стали интересоваться на 17% чаще. Также в число лидеров попали Томская и Свердловская области. При этом, сами аналитики связывают тенденцию с расширением возрастного диапазона потребителей: все чаще у психотерапевтов можно встретить молодежь в возрасте 16-25 лет.
Как объяснил в беседе с Online47 практикующий психолог Борис Бабанский, современный человек, действительно, испытывает небывалые эмоциональные нагрузки. Особенно часто это происходит в мегаполисах, где люди все чаще обращаются за успокоительными средствами, чтобы справиться со стрессом:
«Обычно, когда человек обращается с такой проблемой, врачи выписывают какие-нибудь легкие успокоительные: ту же валерьянку, к примеру. Но нередко человек возвращается на прием повторно, говорит, что препарат не помогает и дозу усиливают. В результате появляется привыкание. Если раньше люди обращались к запрещенным препаратам, то теперь тяготеют к успокоительным».
Особенно часто этому оказывается подвержена молодежь
Поскольку молодые люди изучают много информации о психических заболеваниях и пытаются найти симптомы у себя, говорит эксперт:
«В интернете все больше появляется людей с разными симптомами, которые рассказывают о своей жизни и том, как протекают их заболевания. Слушая это, молодые люди неизбежно ищут симптомы у себя. Молодежь в целом больше обращает внимание на свои состояния. Само по себе это неплохо, но нередко люди себя попросту накручивают и приписывают себе депрессию. Однако, самому такое диагностировать не получится. Нужно будет идти к специалисту, который скажет наверняка. Но практика показывает, что за успокоительными обычно обращаются те, у кого значительных отклонений нет и лекарства могут не требоваться».
Вместе с тем, достать антидепрессанты без рецепта от психиатра тоже не получится
Борис Бабанский отмечает, что в любом случае, придется обращаться к специалисту, который будет следить за Вашим состоянием и определять для Вас курс лечения. Опасность обычно кроется в дозировках, которые со временем могут повышаться.
Раньше такого не было?
В обществе к такому повальному стремлению к успокоительным относятся двояко.
«Сейчас действительно среди молодежи появилась мода жаловаться на депрессию, а вот истинная она или мнимая – вопрос!», – отмечает Ольга.
Кому-то кажется, что все в жизни стало даваться слишком легко, из-за чего люди становятся более капризными и хуже справляются со стрессом:
«Я думаю, что чем комфортнее и лучше жизнь, тем менее жизнестойкие люди. Человек, который по щелчку привык получать все, что хочет, от любой мелочи начинает впадать в депрессию. Все-таки людям нужны какие-то встряски, иначе они становятся, как комнатные растения», – уверена Ольга
Вместе с тем, все большее число людей сходится во мнении, что стресс был и раньше, просто о нем мало говорили, а психологические заболевания редко диагностировали. В обществе было не принято проявлять слабость и люди о своем состоянии не рассказывали.
«В СССР не было депрессии у населения, потому что никто не знал, что это такое. Психология как наука была развита крайне слабо. По факту люди переживали те же чувства, мысли, только им не было названия»,– считает Ирина.
«Депрессия это не о том, что человеку плохо жить в коммунальной квартире, стоять в огромных очередях за товарами, как было в СССР. Это о том, что человеку плохо от себя. Типичные мысли в депрессии – я неудачник, я не достоин любви, я плохая мать (жена, муж, сестра, человек), меня ничего не радует, я ничего не добился», – подтверждает Матвей.
Как объясняет Борис Бабанский, определить, что с Вами происходит без помощи психологов и психиатров не получится. Искать свои симптомы в интернете – плохой вариант:
«Человек может видеть лишь ситуационные вещи. В целом оценить свое состояние он не способен. Бывает, что у человека появляются сонливость, раздражительность, другие симптомы, которые говорят о стрессе и том, что психика не справляется с нагрузками. К этому добавляется месяц плохого настроения, и человек уже уверен, что у него есть заболевание. Но по факту может оказаться, что его реакции находятся в пределах нормы. Так что следовать моде не нужно. Ничего хорошего в том, чтобы постоянно принимать препараты нет. Быть внимательным к себе, определенно, стоит. Но и преувеличивать проблему не нужно. Если есть какие-то сомнения, всегда обращайтесь к специалистам – они подскажут, что делать и как действовать», – рекомендует психолог.
