Họ chỉ cần tái khám để lấy thuốc, không phải làm lại các xét nghiệm cận lâm sàng. Bên cạnh đó, các cửa hàng thuốc trực tuyến thường có giá cả cạnh tranh do giảm chi phí thuê mặt bằng, nhân viên và các chi phí phụ trợ khác, giúp giảm chi phí cho người bệnh.

Hiện có đến 80% thuốc trên thị trường là thuốc kê đơn, nếu chỉ cho mua bán online các thuốc thuộc danh mục không kê đơn với 20% còn lại thì khó thực hiện khi người dân có nhu cầu mua thuốc điều trị. Do đó, nên có hướng dẫn rõ ràng và có công cụ quản lý như phần mềm kê đơn để theo dõi và từng bước cho bán trực tuyến các thuốc kê đơn.

Kiểm soát nguồn gốc, giá thuốc qua hệ thống lưu đơn

Ông Trọng cho biết, Bộ Y tế đã triển khai hệ thống đơn thuốc quốc gia giúp việc quản lý đơn thuốc minh bạch, rõ ràng về chất lượng, giá bán. Hệ thống có đầy đủ mã cơ sở khám chữa bệnh, mã bác sĩ, mã đơn thuốc. Những dữ liệu này được liên thông, tập trung trên hệ thống quản lý thuốc kê đơn, hoàn toàn có thể triển khai việc mua bán thuốc trên sàn thương mại điện tử một cách hợp lệ.Tuy nhiên, ông Trọng nhấn mạnh cần phải giám sát chặt chẽ việc mua bán thuốc online và đẩy mạnh tuyên truyền cho người dân về việc mua thuốc theo đơn của bác sĩ. Đồng thời, Chính phủ cần ban hành hoặc sửa đổi bổ sung các chế tài xử phạt đủ để cơ sở khám chữa bệnh và bán thuốc phải thực hiện quy định bán thuốc theo đơn.Về giám sát chất lượng, nguồn gốc thuốc qua mua, bán trực tuyến, đại diện Cục Thương mại điện tử và kinh tế số Bộ Công thương cho rằng, mua thuốc theo giao dịch truyền thống hiện cũng giám sát chặt được việc mua thuốc theo đơn. Nhưng nếu mua trực tuyến thông qua hệ thống lưu đơn, kê đơn, các thông tin lưu lại trên hệ thống sẽ giúp cơ quan quản lý, cơ quan chuyên môn dễ dàng hơn khi kiểm tra việc kê đơn thuốc và bán thuốc theo đơn cũng như các thông tin về giá bán.
