Começo da Trajetória
Na época em que o trabalho familiar era muito forte, os pais de Ricardo perceberam que suas terras não eram suficientes para manter todos os filhos na agricultura. Como era um dos mais novos, os estudos se tornaram a escolha para o jovem garoto. "Tinha alguns vizinhos que já estudavam na Satc e meu pai me incentivou a entrar também. Estudei até a 7ª série e quando houve a crise do carvão e a escola fechou o 1º grau, me forçando a fazer a 8ª série em outro colégio", lembra Ricardo.Curso de Eletrotécnica e Sua Importância
O desejo de se formar no Ensino Técnico já estava presente nessa época. Ricardo voltou para a Satc no 1º Ano do Ensino Médio e no Curso de Eletrotécnica, em 1992. "Este Técnico foi fundamental na minha carreira profissional. Através dele pude fazer estágio e trabalhar oito anos em uma grande empresa de Joinville. Eu fui para lá com 17 anos, sendo uma verdadeira escola de vida para mim que nunca tinha saído de Criciúma. Neste período, fiz o curso de Engenharia Elétrica e o conhecimento adquirido na Satc contribuiu muito para meu desempenho na graduação", destaca Ricardo.Contribuição como Professor
Para Ricardo, a Satc foi tão importante para sua história que sentiu a necessidade de retribuir. Em 2001, após uma visita enquanto estava concluindo o curso de Engenharia, recebeu a oferta de ingressar no corpo docente da instituição. Assim, iniciou como professor dos Cursos Técnicos de Eletrotécnica e Eletrônica. Foram 12 anos de trabalho na instituição até que decidiu se aventurar em uma atividade empresarial.Legado para as Filhas
Levando consigo um legado de reconhecimento e aprendizado de vida, Ricardo viu na Satc o melhor caminho de ensino e formação para suas filhas. Maria Luisa iniciou seus estudos no 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental e hoje está no 2º ano do Ensino Médio e cursando o técnico de Design. A Estefani ingressou desde a Educação Infantil e hoje está no 7º ano. "A Satc faz parte de nossas vidas há 37 anos", destaca Ricardo.Importância da Satc para a Diretora
Para a diretora do Colégio Satc, Izes Machado Beloli, a conexão familiar que a instituição tem em 65 anos é muito especial. "Para nós ver famílias inteiras estudando aqui, filhos, pais, avós, primos, tudo isso representa a confiança que têm em nós. A Satc tem em seu pilar a educação, mas é construído muito mais que isso. São laços afetivos, conhecimentos de vida e ensinando gerações que são profissionais de referência no mercado", ressalta a diretora.Além da História Pessoal
Além de reconhecer na sua história a transformação que a instituição proporciona, Ricardo vê grandes mudanças nas suas filhas. "Sempre incentivei minhas filhas sobre a necessidade de fazer um curso profissionalizante. Além de encaminhar para o mercado de trabalho, também é fundamental para a formação como pessoa.
