Vụ việc được xác định xảy ra vào gần 13 giờ ngày 23.11.2024 trên đường Kha Vạn Cân, đoạn qua địa bàn phường Linh Đông, TP.Thủ Đức, TP.HCM. Đây là một thời điểm và địa điểm đáng chú ý, nơi đã xảy ra một tình huống giao thông đầy nguy hiểm.

Trong video, ta có thể thấy một ô tô đang dừng chờ đèn đỏ tại ngã ba Kha Vạn Cân giao với Đường số 2. Tuy nhiên, bất ngờ, một xe tải màu trắng mang biển kiểm soát 51C-393.68 xuất hiện từ phía sau và chạy lấn sang làn đường ngược chiều để vượt lên. Điều này gây ra sự bối rối và nguy hiểm cho các phương tiện di chuyển.

Đáng nói, tài xế xe tải sau khi "cướp làn" đường ngược chiều, còn bất chấp nguy hiểm và lái xe vượt cả đèn đỏ để rẽ vào Đường số 2. Tình huống này suýt dẫn đến va chạm với các phương tiện di chuyển hướng cắt ngang, khiến nhiều người chứng kiến không khỏi bức xúc. Đây là một tình huống đáng ngạc nhiên và cần được giải quyết.

Nghị định 100/2019/NĐ-CP đã được sửa đổi bởi Nghị định 123/2021/NĐ-CP, quy định rằng:- Người điều khiển xe ô tô thực hiện hành vi đi ngược chiều bị phạt tiền từ 4 - 6 triệu đồng. Ngoài ra, tài xế vi phạm còn bị tước quyền sử dụng Giấy phép lái xe từ 2 đến 4 tháng.- Người điều khiển xe ô tô không chấp hành hiệu lệnh của đèn tín hiệu giao thông sẽ bị phạt tiền từ 4 - 6 triệu đồng. Ngoài ra, tài xế vi phạm còn sẽ bị tước giấy phép lái xe từ 1 - 3 tháng.

Những quy định này nhằm bảo vệ an toàn giao thông và đảm bảo mọi người tuân thủ luật lệ. Tuy nhiên, trong trường hợp này, tài xế xe tải đã vi phạm nghiêm trọng và cần phải chịu các phạt như đã quy định.

Chúng ta cần phải chú ý đến vấn đề giao thông bất chấp luật và cam kết tuân thủ luật lệ để đảm bảo an toàn cho tất cả mọi người trên đường. Đây là một vấn đề quan trọng cần được giải quyết để tạo ra một môi trường giao thông an toàn và thuận lợi.

Meanwhile, Trever Hagen obtained his accreditation through collaborations with Bon Iver, Mouse on Mars, Marijuana Deathsquads, and many other notable acts. As for the group’s leading lady, Edie Brickell’s ‘80s spawned New Bohemians solidified their status by releasing the fan-favorite album Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars. Over time, she partnered with comedian and bluegrass musician Steve Martin and put out two albums. Heavy MakeUp initially offered their self-titled LP in 2023 and then made their debut at the iconic Newport Folk Festival in support of the set.
