College Station’s Planning and Zoning Commission approved a new road connecting the Culpepper property to College Avenue in October, further indicating the momentum of these construction plans. Meanwhile, the City of Bryan is also working on its own redevelopment plans for a similar mixed-use property just north of the Culpepper plot.
